Refund policy
At Bijou Grace, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact Page.
Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Please note, items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (special orders or personalized items), personal care goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids. We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and making a separate purchase for the new item after the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
